One-Stop Shopping for Alltel, Cricket, Clearwire and More

RALEIGH, N.C, Feb. 13, 2008 --Yakety Yak Wireless, Inc. (YYWI), one of the largest wireless franchises in the nation, today announced that its first North Carolina cellular superstore will open on Feb. 20, 2008, offering the local community an exciting alternative when shopping for cellular communication solutions.

Yakety Yak is a licensed retailer for Alltel and Cricket cellular phone service, as well as Clearwire Wireless Internet Service, and also offers a wide selection of phones, cases, chargers and Bluetooth accessories. Yakety Yak delivers superior customer service and support that will have customers walking out of the store with product, knowledge and a smile.

"From finding the service plan and cell phone that best fits your needs to helping you transfer contacts, photos, music and ringtones from your old cell phone into your new one, we treat our customers the way we want to be treated," said Yakety Yak Wireless store co-owner Jim Broutman. "We deliver a level of personalized service that is not found in traditional corporate stores and makes shopping for new phones, gadgets and accessories fun. We want to spend time with our customers in the store and build strong relationships within the community.

Another unique feature of the Raleigh Yakety Yak is the convenient, environmentally-friendly "Yak Swap" program for cell phone trade-ins. Customers simply bring their old cell phones into the store and have the "Blue Book" value of the phone assessed for instant in-store credit, making it easy to responsibly recycle and offset the cost of new equipment.

"Discarded electronic devices, including cell phones, contain lead, cadmium and mercury, and cannot be safely dumped in landfills," said store co-owner Kevin Coyle. "As members of the community, we are very concerned about responsibly recycling e-waste, and the Yak Swap program is an important part of the solution."

Yakety Yak is located in the Fall Rivers Town Center at 1141 Falls River Avenue, Suite 120, and the phone number is 1-919-830-3100. Store hours are Monday " Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on Sunday from Noon to 5:00 p.m.
